[MOD] Announcements and Theme Voting

There will be an Activity Check held at the end of February. The requirement will be 15 comments per character during the months of January and February. Threads from LJ or DW are both applicable. Since this is the first full AC we've had in awhile due to holidays and the move, it is a bit lighter (15 instead of 20 comments) but it will be treated strictly. (This does not mean we're not open to working something out reasonably.)

The LJ comms will be closing at the end of the month; please try to finish up threads. At the end of the month, the content will be imported to here so it will not be lost, and the comms on LJ will be made read-only. (If anyone needs more time at that point, please let us know.)

Theme Voting: Please only vote once; the winner will our theme for the next month. Voting ends February 28. Themes are culled for consistent lack of votes, and as always, more themes can be suggested here to be included starting next month. Participation in themes is entirely optional.
