November Theme: Underwater!

November's theme will be Under the Sea:

A city under the Sea. Perhaps it's Atlantis, perhaps not. What's definitely certain is that characters involved in this are effectively mer-people for the duration. Anything underwater-themed goes!

Questions can be directed to the first subthread. This post can also be used for theme plotting. And as always, new theme suggestions are accepted here.

Hello, OPN! My name is Rox, and I'm all shiny and new and stuff. I'll be bringing in Sora from Kingdom Hearts. Yes, another one. Only this one is canon and slightly more bite-sized.

Specifically, this Sora is from just a few hours after the ending of Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep. He's four years old and has spent his entire life living on an island world and spending time with his friends. So no great heroics yet. But he's working on it! He'll get there. Really.
