+1 Genderswap and Sorceress AU

Um, oh god, Hi. Hi, all of you. I'm like new, seriously. Um, yeah. Ok, let me go into my corner and forget I ever apped. Or not. LET'S TRY THIS AGAIN.

Hello~! My name's Cyr and I'm going to be your first Genderswapped player in this game! Please don't hate me for it! orz And yes, icon is relevant since um, yeah, the other icon I could use is more of a sexy icon that I don't think I'll use (much) here unless it's for the break brains. Or smut, as if that'll ever happen.

ANYWAY! I bring you a Squall Leonhart who was born a Girl and Ended up as an accidental Sorceress due to killing Ultimecia on-screen Dissidia. (That part just nagged at me since Final Fantasy VIII had this huge plot where a Sorceress only dies completely if someone else absorbs her power so she can rest 'peacefully' so to have that ignored, even in a game that doesn't technically exist canonly for Squall and Ultimecia... yeah. um, yes.)

Oh and um, because Squall's a Sorceress and currently Knightless, there's a chance in the future she'll turn into an Ultimecia but for now she's just slowly going tentatively 'insane' (more like blurring the lines of morality and acting upon her uninhabited impulses--like if she wants to hurt you, she might just do it anyway whereas a normal Squall would just hold himself back... oh god, I'm not making sense now am I? Once the game starts it will!!)

PPS: If you ever see my (Parentheses and Blue Color font), it's to symbolize Squall's inner monologue in Action/Bracket posts. I'll try not to abuse it too much! Also, when she's inner monologuing in prose tags, it'll be simple black italic. :)

Probably. God knows she probably didn't deserve it but! It still made a good story/plotline. At least that's what I heard. Haven't gotten around to watching the Live Action SM yet.

Live-Action was made of drama and angst and tragedy. And Ami had so many issues, man. I mean, she always had social issues. But live-action goes to the point of hallucinating and making herself pass out over them. -_-;

ALSO before turning evil, she was upset Naru did not get hurt in a youma attack, because she was jealous of Naru's friendship with Usagi. Yeah.

Dark Mercury is pretty much... her not feeling bad about it and not trying to stop thinking that way anymore. It was always there.

Huh, sounds really interesting. I really should start watching this show soon, probably. I know I watched clips of it before... and maybe one or two episodes, just not the entire thing. :/

It gets really weird later on. Sailor Moon is the one who destroys the world. Venus dies before the end. Things like that.

Ami is... pretty much Ami as you'd think of her from other versions, the lonely sweet bookworm. She just ALSO had these issues and resentments under it. Darkury then flips it: makes her all about the issues and resentment, while she actually makes an effort to be compassionate at one point and just, doesn't really get it anymore.

*nods* Again, that sounds rather interesting. I mean, Ami was always the goodie of the Senshi. Having her go Evil... yeah, that's something. Add in what you said about Dark Mercury just now...

Yeahhhh. PGSM first of all, links the ginzuishou's power and Metalia's. So as one gets stronger, so does the other. Hosnap.

Then you find out in ep 37, Serenity destroyed the world. AND IT ACTUALLY MAKES SENSE is the scary thing. Think about all Usagi's rash moments that she regrets a second later: pondering handing Chibi-Usa over to Black Moon if they'll give the girls back, SCREAMING in anime that she doesn't care if Earth is destroyed, she just wants to be with Mamoru, etc.

Well in the past, when he died, she freaks out. And instead of jumping after him or killing herself like anime and manga, the ginzuishou reacts to that sudden panic and - I assume - that SECOND of 'I don't want the world to go on if he's not in it'. And bam, it doesn't.

She starts out regretful. For awhile talks about being WORRIED 'I may truly do it again'. But by the end, she and Usagi are both pressured as Beryl uses the shitennou as hostages to force Mamoru to come to her for awhile (as opposed to brainwashing him into the Dark Kingdom), etc. And so by the very end, when he dies again (because he's taken over by Metalia and Usagi has to kill him like in manga), Princess comes out and ends it all again after taking out the senshi with her youma-like minions.

Edit: Oh, and Venus is dying the whole time, of an illness. D: It's actually an interesting AU because you see her as this SUPER serious senshi, even kicking the others OUT and even telling ARTEMIS she "doesn't need him around her if he's not serious enough about our mission" when he says he wants Minako to live, too, not just Venus. ....then you see the hints her true self really is like the anime/manga version, she just COULDN'T be with being the decoy, leadership, and her illness hanging over her. D:

...Wow, just wow. And you're right when you about how it makes sense. Seriously. God. That's just... There are no words to say adequately what I think right now.

And Venus? Yeah, I vaguely remember it being said she wasn't exactly the same Venus from the anime/manga but it's nice to know that in the end she was, in some way. Despite dying in the end. Dear god. It's just... Venus might not have been my favorite (it was Ami and Makoto) but damn.

You see hints of the normal Venus, usually if she's just with Artemis; he brings it out in her a bit more. Then at the end before she dies, she leaves the girl a long letter, and it mentions that she found her 'true self' once she finally moved on from all this MISSION MISSION MISSION. I've always assumed the 'true self' is the animanga-ish side of her that still teased Artemis, played practical jokes on him, ate cakes with Usagi, etc.

Really tho, if you don't shut me up, I'm going to keep spouting about PGSM all day. XD
