regarding this past month and applications

I want to apologize for the slowness of applications and lack of a theme for this month. July blew by pretty fast for me, and the week I was meant to start the poll was the week LJ had problems. Then the week after that was, obviously, August. August is a horribly busy month for me due to family things, work, and moving back to school next weekend.

I am trying to get apps done and processed this week but it's taking some time. The next theme will be voted on on the 15th and started on the 20th and last until the end of September to make up for the lateness.

Activity Check will take place the last week of September. We will need to see 20 comments from each character to pass Activity check.
