Hello, Passing. Pikari here, your current Ash Ketchum with a second character! This is Homura Akemi, a magical girl from the series, Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Her series is a bit complicated but I won't explain it here because it's filled with a whole bunch of spoilers, but.
